In Japan they have been giving their children extra iodine/iodide because it has been proven to increase the IQ of a child because of all of the toxins in the air, water, and EMF Radiation. And they don’t even have as many toxins that they’re being exposed to as people who live in the US. Three drops is absolutely not enough, and the three letter health agencies warning people of taking “too much” is absolutely ridiculous. I use a full dropper under my tongue (~1ml) and then wash it down with a glass of filtered/remineralized water. You need to be filtering your tap water, shower water, and cooking water. Especially from Fluoride, Chlorine, Heavy Metals, Microplastics, and Atrazine/Birth Control/Other Pharmaceuticals.
