Rings can be easily cleaned with a small dab of toothpaste. Rub gently with toothpaste then rinse with warm water. Make sure not to drop in the sink down the drain. Pat dry. These are FAKE body jewelry. They WILL fall off if not secured. The only thing keeping them on your face is how secure you tighten them on. For extra security you can use clear eyelash adhesive.
