Posture Corrector AizhiDao or the "Dao of Good Posture"  is made and recommended for use to children, teenagers and up-to L-size adults.  Stand tall. Look and feel great!  Aizhi Corrector is an effective and comfortable way to improve poor posture. Its non-elastic but very soft straps gently pull the shoulders back and straightens spine curve to a normal position.  For best results please follow the instructions.   Instructions.  - for maximum comfort always wear it over a t-shirt;  - raise both hands up and put shoulder straps on the way you put the backpack on (same "backpack" way to pull it off);  - adjust straps' length if needed;  - while wearing make sure the straps cover shoulder & arm joints.   Size Chart.  Size S is perfect for kids age 7+, most teenagers and up to XS-S Size Women;  Size M - bigger teenagers, XS-S Men and M-L size Women;  Size L - for M-L Size Men and XL Size Women.   Note: if in doubt about size - take a larger one, you can always adjust straps to a smaller size.  General Recommendations.  If you buy Aizhi Corrector for your child, make sure you help him/her to adjust the straps so corrector provides a fine pull for shoulders and spine.For best results use it for 20-40 minutes twice a day. Sometimes your arms and fingers may get a bit numb - this is usually a sign to take corrector off and practice good posture without corrector. Highly recommended while doing long sittings, walks or standings - it significantly improves the posture and provides better blood circulation to the brain and throughout the whole body.   Shoulders straps are easily adjusted for perfect fit.   Washable and durable.
