They told me I would have to wait for a refund and I should purchase the same Item gain. Its been over a month since I had to repurchase the item. In the mean time I am out $850.00 waiting for a return. According to the web site they received the Item but have not credited the money. I had to buy another unit because I had installed and made room for this particular unit. In closing: No customer service, Manufacturer is aware ion issues with unit, Amazon is becoming unresponsive and does not care about customer service.
