What you need is an adjustable spanner or adjustable wrench with a movable jaw that will fit the bolt. Attach the wheel to the trolley using the screw provided put the bolt at the end and fasten the bolt with the spanner. It was easy to put together but a wheel guard has fallen off a few times, was lucky to see it and pick it up. The frame is hollow so is light weight. Found price to be a little high but didn’t want a patterned old fashioned looking one. The build quality is reasonable. It isn’t noisy on uneven pavements.
