Also running out into the road. I live in the country and we have five acre lots. Got tired of chasing him down. I bought one for him and never had to use the shock part at all!! The vibration or buzzer worked on him and now I feel relief that he won't go far and I can get him back in case I need too.I have bought another one for the female because she would ignore my come command. Now she is corrected and puppies are doing better.Now understand there are training collars that are smaller and some even go farther than 500 ft. But they are very pricy. These worked for my small dogs and got the job done. I have had them for more than three months with no problems.Be careful on the settings for the shock, it can go very high. I don't use that and it scared me a little to see how high it could go. My vibrate is at 13 (low) and it worked well for my pups. ### ⭐⭐ Customer service was very good.
