**Q: Does this product have an ammonia smell? Not a problem but it would be good to know in advance.**
A: Although this item does have a smell to it, it’s not too intense. I have used this several times and it is one of the most mild relaxers on the market.

**Q: I washed my hair until the sampo was gone.and my hair was still turn pink will my hair be ok**
A: Rewash your hair with the neutralizing shampoo again if you havent gotten rid of it.  If so just wash your hair with regular shampoo.

**Q: Is it a complete set with hair treatment and such?**
A: Yes, it comes with the treatment (cream, activator & oil moisturizer that gets mixed together), 1 time use shampoo & conditioner

**Q: Do I shampoo hair first? Apply on wet hair? Also would previous chlorine buildup effect results?**
A: Do not do anything to the hair before applying Relaxer. You do not want to irritate the scalp before. Apply to dry hair. I would NOT apply if chlorine buildup is in hair.
