Review: Even with mixed reviews it works for me - I have taken one of these daily until the end of the bottle, with my first meal of the day. I am also following the WW program. I have lost more weight in a steady downward pattern since I begun taking these. It is a marked improvement. A big part of my problem with eating was eating enough. I would eat just one large meal and really just pick at it. These seem to speed up my metabolism and make it so my body is hungry. I cannot say that I feel a marked energy improvement with these. I have MS and tiredness is my biggest symptom. Almost nothing makes my energy go up haha. I can say my stomach (where I carry most of my weight) is losing inches. That is truly a blessing.
