It's a nice looking microwave, it has a great set of options and cooking settings, but ultimately they all break. The start buttons on this are less robust than a hammer made of glass. They tend to last a little over 12 months and then...nothing. They don't fall off, they don't make a "funny noise", they just stop doing anything. This should be a recall item, or they would extend the warranty to 24 months to cover the repairs for what it either a design issue, or a shoddy production issue.
