I have UC though, and have also read some studies that it could help put me in remission and we'll, when you have a chronic illness you're always looking for anything to help. I only took one pill and, whew, it was a lot. I had severe lower abdominal cramping and diarrhea - the exact opposite of what I was hoping for. It's been a day since I took and my symptoms have subsided; however, my lower abdomen is still pretty sore from the cramping. It actually scared me, so I will not be taking any more. I wish I could return it, but it's ineligible for return.
