**Q: Is this to be used alone or with a gel?**
A: I use it alone or with the gel without problem. They are both excellent products.

**Q: Is this cream ok to use for protein sensitive p/ overloaded hair?**
A: I don't have any issues with it. My hair is overloaded, dry, coarse and thick. This is the only product I found that softens it and moisturizers it. I love this. Won't use anything else

**Q: Is this gluten free?**
A: Not sure but don’t eat it

**Q: Does it work as a detangler**
A: Not for me it didn’t work the bottle was extra small I have Really thick hair it might work if you have thin hair butt I don’t
