It is the last 25% of the rim that is misaligned and is difficult to slide over the metal rim of the grille. 3) Therefore, expand and soften the 25% of the round white plastic fastening rim with a hair dryer as follows. -Turn hair dryer on high heat. - Place hair dryer 1 inch away from the section of the round plastic fastener rim that won't slide over the grille. -Slowly go back and forth along that section of the round plastic fastener that won't fit over the metal grille edge. Move the hair dryer back and forth over that section for 45 seconds to 1 minute. This expands the plastic slightly and softens it. -THEN, Quickly slide the warmed and slightly expanded white plastic fastener over the edge of the grille. BINGO !
