Review: Highly functional O2/heart continuous monitor - I have Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension and am on O2 24x7. I have to sleep with a CPAP machine that feeds the O2 into me to make sure my O2 level stays up overnight. Needless to say, this ring really got me interested. I am finding that it is a Godsend! The reports it makes are sufficient for medical grade reporting and the PDF can easily be sent to my physician over their portal. I am so impressed with the comfort and ease of capturing the data and producing the report. A few words about setup. When you first get the ring, just follow the simple instructions. The thing that amazed me was that it almost set itself up. I was concerned about doing the Bluetooth pairing (always a Pain) but this thing paired itself without any hassle. Likewise with uploading the data from the ring to my phone. The ring/app did it all by itself. No hassle. The device and app communicate the status as things are happening. No confusion. No technical skills needed. And the ring itself is very comfortable. I didn't even notice it while wearing it overnight. (It did not keep me awake!) All in all, a nice functional product.

A few days into using this product, I'd say that overall I'm very happy. One thing that caught me off guard though is that if you have this on you while walking, you can get sudden low oxygen readings and warnings being triggered. Looking into this some more I found out that one must stay still and keep the hand still while taking a measurement. Just something to be aware of so you don't go into a mini panic attack like I did 😅 The Apple Watch that I have will detect movement and warn me to keep my hands still. Once I started doing this then I saw the blood oxygen levels going back to normal again.
