Pluush andd soft, good quality cover. This was very easy to install with easy to follow instructions. Four pieces total, had it on in about 20 minutes.I did struggle a bit with tying the back piece because the chair has a flap with Velcro closure there and because I have the chair on castors to move it around easily so I had to struggle a bit with the frame. I tipped the chair over to finish the ties underneath. Following instructions for the tie downs made it a breeze and it looks great, it was darn near a perfect fit. If it had been any smaller, I would not have been able to make it work with this oversized, big leather recliner.It had a slot on the side for the typical lever that allows you to recline. Mine doesn’t have a lever it has a small plastic button, which is easily used through the material, yet appears invisible. The arm rests are a little small for my chair. They needed to be just a little bit bigger. The ivory is very bright, I mean, I should have known, I probably should have ordered the taupe. But over all I am happy with it, the price is reasonable and it if gets trashed I won’t mind getting a different one.
