**Q: Does it tune accurately on electric bass guitars?**
A: Yes it does work great even with low “B” on the 5 string

**Q: Where does it clip on a bass? Can you tune it with finger picking, or do you have to use a bow?**
A: You would clip it onto the bridge of the upright bass. You can use either plucking or bowing techniques. As a bassist, myself, I recommend bowing, specifically while using the 12th fret harmonic, to get the best results.

**Q: what setting # is needed to tune a bass?**
A: I never see #.  I turn it on, clip it onto bridge and tune.

Ich benutze seit Jahren verschiedene Versionen des PitchClip von Korg. Für die Stimmung von Kontrabass (PC 2 auch mit verschiedenen Kammertönen) sind sie nur eingeschränkt nutzbar. Der Stimmer von Daddario löst aber alle Probleme. Er ist zwar etwas weniger kompakt, dafür ist die Stimmgenauigkeit ausgezeichnet und er hat einen schnellen Zugriff auf die Kalibrierung: Für E-Bass und Kontrabass die perfekte Lösung.
