The instruction manual was helpful and unit was easy to install depending if you want to hide your wires or not. The suction mount is superb and this unit also has a rear cam with double sided tape. You have the option to record in 4k as long as you’re not using all 3 cams but the quality is still excellent. The app is fairly easy to use and when connecting to wifi you may have to turn off cellular. Downloading to your phone may take a while if your clip settings are 3 min or longer. I found it easier to just remove the sd card and view on my computer. I also like the slim profile so not as bulky as some of the other cams. You will have to get used to the menus and navigation buttons. There’s a live preview when the unit is first turned on then it defaults to the main display with speed. The main screen shares all 3 cameras if you have them connected so you can’t select just 1 cam. Overall this is a very good cam for the price. ### ⭐ JUNK *by J***R on September 21, 2022* The media could not be loaded. This camera only has one good feature and that is the video quality is pretty damn good other than that every time it loses power the date and time changes this puts everything saved to the card in different areas of the card which in most cases causes the camera to record over top of something that was just recorded. Every time I get memory errors which is frequent I have no way of using the Wi-Fi. Not only is this camera not worth the money that they are charging it's not worth money period. I just had a fender Bender type accident and this stupid piece oc junk camera shut of for no apparent reason as it does quite frequently. Not to mention the fact that it slips out of the holder whenever i make a left turn or on a curve or when going over bumps. Amazon should be ashamed of themselves for allowing these scammers to continue to change the name of the camera and relist it. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ App works, you're doing it wrong! full review *by M***O on April 28, 2022* First off, I suggest getting a universal mount for the camera (suction cups always go bad this is not product specific). If you want parking mode, purchase a kit to wire it into the fuse box.Big pros for me is 3 things, 1- auto night vision mode (honestly without this you will never swap it, trust me lol), 2- the viewer software is inside the camera itself so you will never worry about losing it. Just connect the camera to any computer and you will be able to download it. The viewing software itself is very high quality and easy to use. 3- the app. If you arent connecting via the app or having issues, the fix is to turn off Mobil data on your cell phone, or to put your cell phone in airplane mode this fixes the connection issue (this is because your phone will auto swap to cellular data and kill the connection to the camera because it's not a "real" wifi connection for internet) this info is nowhere found in manual (the only con I have) you can download to your phone l, just view, and even view live feed through the app. I have not tested the max distance to be able to do this but I have never had the need to. It does work fine a few feet from the car though. I have bought 4 of these units for my 4 vehicles and love them all.
