Was really easy to install, opens and closes nicely. I needed it to go inside a cabinet, redoing an old house and the sink does not line up straight with the window so had to put this in so I could reach the water shut off valve. Slim enough when the shelf went in I didn't need to trim it at all. Now mid you this thing needs to be glued on. Unless you pre drill your own holes, but then the screws would be noticeable. So just go in knowing that and its a right good access panel. Review: Perfect fit to the job - Great product nd well build. I'm guessing from other sizes that it's generally 12 x 12.** A: Dear customer. The outside dimensions of the10x10 is 12.2x12.2" **Q: Does this access door come with the adhesive?** A: This access panel does not come with adhesive. You can use construction adhesive (any brand would do) **Q: What is the depth of the 14x14 and 18x18 cover? I have to install it in 1/2" sheetrock and one stud will be slightly in the way. Depth is critical.** A: flange depth ~5/8 in **Q: Can this drywall access panel easily be opened without a tool (i.e. screwdriver to pry it)?** A: Hi friend, you would need a flat head screwdriver or a small key to pop it open. If you're afraid you would not be able to open it quickly then just drill a hole or two through the cover and install a cabinet knob or handle. It isn't closed that tightly so anything that can pull it a little bit will pop the door open. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Glue not screws *by S***T on August 9, 2025* Works great, and looks great.
