**Q: How is 44% bittersweet?  It seems too low.  Isn't it closer to milk chocolate?**
A: Hi Gina. It's in the medium between dark and milk, it has a pretty great taste though.

**Q: I'm eat vegan , do chocolate have milk or not ?**
A: They do not contain milk. This is the ingredients list: sugar, unsweetened chocolate, cocoa fat, soy lecithin added as emulsifier, vanillin (an artificial flavor).

**Q: Nutritional content?**
A: Not sure the Nutritional content. But this is baking chocolate, not like a candy bar. So I would assume it might be the same nutrition as any other baking type of chocolate. This item is more about the flavor.

**Q: are you able to freeze the chocolate sticks to conserve between uses or would that decrease the quality substantially?**
A: We do not recommend freezing chocolate as this might lead to loss in quality. The chocolate sticks have a good shelf life (24 months) kept in a cool and dark place, away from direct sunlight or sources of heat.

I received these chocolate baking sticks or batons whatever you want to call them. They are fantastic. If you are making chocolate croissants you will NEED these for perfection. They can be used for other things as well. Since you get 300 and if you are a home cook like me you can chop them up use 5 TBSP in a cup of hot fat free milk or that of your choice and you have a super sweet hot chocolate that is to die for. This chocolate is so rich and sweet, I don't know how many I ate right out of the box before I even cooked with them. They are very nice as a garnish even, very versatile and I cannot say enough about the quality. The price is also great. So check them out you will find so many uses for them once you get them and they are so worth it. They are delivered fast and packed well too. Your holiday baking will really benefit and your gift baskets will be at the next level!!
