One of the options for rating was ease of installation. It was not an easy job to do. But that is not because of the part. That is because of the location of the water pump. If the water pump is right out in the open it would be a super simple install. I haven't been driving it long enough to determine the durability, but the engine does run a little bit cooler now. In the box is the water pump and a new gasket. If you're going through replace your water pump you might as well replace your thermostat while you're at it. I replaced the water pump, the thermostat, and the cooling temperature sensor. Replacing all those at the same time is not a bad idea.
