The colors are nicely pigmented overall, with the exception of the brown, which is a bit watery/light. Both the red and brown shades bled, but the others apply with a thicker consistency. The black is not very pigmented. It’s definitely waterproof: even after trying to wipe it away, then using water and finally soap, it still wouldn’t budge.
