Excellent system. The cup is fairly unobtrusive (compared to other systems) and the shorts are incredibly comfortable. Entering ashi garami is no longer a issue as my testicles don’t have to worry about being smashed. Everything stays protected and the cup stays in place. Only problem is I feel exposed if I roll without it.Have used a couple times in like sparring for striking but haven’t taken a direct hit yet. I just needed another pair of shorts so I don't have to keep washing the same pair every time I workout.I particularly like these pairs because of the cup opening - it has a flap which enables easy insert of the cup and easy removal! This doesn't sound very revolutionary but the first shorts I had gotten from Diamond, the cup opening was velcro'ed. Every now and then the velcro would rub against my crotch. Not pleasant!
