It came practically assembled and all I had to do was attach the final ankle piece, which took about a minute to do. I picked it specifically because I wanted those large flat feet versus the round kinds which I thought may be less stable. Glad I picked this design because it is very stable on my laminate floor and does not wobble at all. I was able to use it in all configurations without any wobbling issues. The only con I found was when doing decline sit ups or similar exercises, while my legs are held in place by the foams, my tail bone lands right in the gap between the seat and back cushion. This feels very uncomfortable because my butt is basically sitting against the metal. I think it’s because the seat may be too short and doesn’t cover this gap? I’m not sure but I got the Size “L” version and I’m 5 ft. 7 in. (or 1.7m) tall. I know the gap is there for the convenience of just folding up the unit and storing it but man, it does get in the way! I’ve been able to, more or less, work around it so not a deal breaker. Other than that, I really should have boughten this much sooner! It’s so easy to adjust both the back and the seat. The cushion is nice and thick and the material is easy to wipe clean. I always put a towel over the entire unit when working out though to protect it from sweat and grime. It’s very light and can be folded up quickly and stored practically anywhere. Overall, I’m really glad I got this bench. I’ve looked at so many models, designs, styles, etc. and I’m glad I went with this one. There may be better models for the pros but for a simple home gym bros, it is really awesome!
