They are for my 94 year old Mom who is living with us. When hospitalized for a hip replacement, the fastening tab was used at the hospital to make it easier for staff, but Mom finds the pull-ups easier now that she’s taking care of it herself. **Q: would this medium fit someone who wears size 8 skirt and size 7 undwear** A: Sorry I can't answer your question. I had them sent to a relative who said they fit fine. This person doesn't wear a skirt and these adult underwear are the only underwear she wears 24/7. **Q: Does the medium fit true to size?** A: I think Tena is GREAT. As far as size, can't answer your question. I can use either medium or large but large is a bit loose. I normally wear medium. I am about 5'3" and 145 lbs. Most of the time I use just a Tena. However, I have a bad problem with incontinence and find that if I am having a difficult day but have to go out, I put on the Tena and then put in a pad leaving the protective paper on it so it doesn't stick when I take it out. Then later when required I can take pad out and have a "new" Tena to finish the day. Try the Tena, think you will be pleased. I highly recommend this product. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very absorbent & comfy. *by J***S on May 4, 2025* Size details- I'm a 6ft tall female, wear a 2x dress, 18-20 pant, my rear end and thighs are large. The XXL was a little bit loose but not so loose that they fell down. I didn't have any gapping in the thigh area either. They are so soft and comfortable, very breathable too. The tear away sides are very durable. Other brands tend to rip easily when just putting them on, not these guys. I'm going to size down next time and see if they fit better. Now for product review- AMAZING! I usually have to wear a pull up AND a large overnight pad; but last night I was able to wear just the Tena pull up. I did have a dime size leak in the morning, but I belive it's because I finally slept for 9 hours straight, and my incontinence is very heavy through the night. Waking up this morning without soggy pajama pants was amazing. My husband is so polite, has never said anything about me smelling like teetee in the morning when we wake up, but this morning he said, "its nice just being able to smell your shampoo this morning, and nothing else." I excitedly said, "babe! I know right!!" I knew that was his polite way of saying, "it's nice to not wake up to my wife smelling like teetee!" I am only 39, and he's 43. Mornings used to be for cuddling and stuff. But for the last 2 years I have gotten up and immediately needed to shower and wash my clothes. By the time I'm done he's already up and getting ready to leave for work. It was nice to only have 1 small wet spot on my pj's. Tonight, I will try putting them on backwards and I imagine I'll wake up dry. Which tbh I couldn't tell which side was the back, so I may have had them on backwards to begin with.
