So as a follow-up question I would like to know if the manufacturer considered this and if they would please provide a link to the heavy metal testing they have done on this product. The cheddar was a good flavor, although pricey as everything is these days. There is not a lot in the box, so anything gluten free costs a lot of money which is a shame considering flour is not really good any longer. I thought It seemed good quality and don't remember the ingredients so I can't comment on that.
