It does however, have two holes you can screw to any surface. One for my semi, one in my dump truck, one in my pickup and one in my excursion. Decent price. Holds my heavy iPhone 11 Pro Max hanging from dashboard in my rough riding semi and dumper with no issues. Very strong & reliable. UPDATE - The adhesive still holds up great but the aluminum locking part on the mounts always end up coming loose and/or breaking off. I’ve had 4 of them, one in my F150, one in my explorer, one in my semi and one in my dump truck…. The tiny screw that holds the locking tabs to the back of the mount came loose on all 4. Was able to tighten them each time but they never stay tight plus you have to rip them off the dash and apply a new adhesive piece each time. After retightening each a few times they all ended up breaking completely. I’ve also had 2 belt clips that did the same thing. It’s a huge bummer because I absolutely love their cases and mounts….
