It also looks cool. I don't know about durability yet, but I have seen other swimmers with this bag and they seem to hold up. I needed a bag that was big enough for my work clothes, toiletries kit, towel, swimsuit, lock, goggles, and shower shoes. It is as sturdy as a regular backpack; however, it's not supposed to be. If your going to the pool, the gym, or the beach this bag is what you want. I wouldn't use this as a school bag because it is not constructed to carry books. The net part feels strong enough not to dry rot or bust because you stuffed too much in it. There are two pockets. One to carry bottled water. In the other I put lotion, lock, and goggles. This bag is definitely designed to carry wet items. It will get enough air so they items won't go sour right away. Love the colors. I am concerned that the drawstring will eventually fray.
