The liquid is fairly viscous, similar to olive oil or something, so perhaps the pump has a problem with that. But hey, that’s the pump they provided. That’s all part and parcel of the product, therefore, still a one star. And believe you me, I really really want to like this product, or at least be able to use it and find out if I like it.
