Review: THIS IS A NECESSITY FOR SEPARATION ANXIETY - I was so skeptical before buying this product because my puppy didn’t care for stuffed animals and had extreme separation anxiety and would scream all night. The price point is a bit high but I understand now. She is very tiny and I felt as if the pulse was way too loud and strong for her, but it seems perfect. It took away all her screaming during the night and she would snuggle right next to it and fall asleep. She prefers it over all her other stuffed animals that I tried giving her. It’s probably because of the thickness of it and how sturdy it is, yet soft like her mom or siblings. I wish there was a level of how intense the pulse is but she seems to have no problem with it and is able to fall asleep despite it being day time or night. I love this product so much and I will encourage new pup owners to forget buying other stuffed animals… because they don’t work. This is what puppies need to feel safe and mimic a real life companion so they don’t feel alone. However I’m not sure if it turns off when no motion is activated. I am worried about battery draining because I leave it on for her all night.

**Q: Is the snuggle puppy machine washable? If not, what’s the best way to clean it?**
A: The snuggle puppy is indeed washable. I put it in a lingerie bag to protect the velcro, and of course I removed the little electronic heart first. I also washed it in cold water and allowed it to air dry. I should also add that this is one of the BEST pet purchases I've ever made. My puppy has snuggled up to it in her crate since the first night we brought her home. Not a peep out of her all night! She actually gets excited when I take "him" out at night before putting her to bed her her crate. What a brilliant concept.

**Q: Can you use the heat pack and heart beat at the same time?**
A: Yes

**Q: what are the dimensions of the snuggle puppy junior?**
A: 10” head to tail, 5” hip to hip. Perfect size for my 7lb chichi mix.

**Q: What is the sound of heart beat? Is it the quieter version?**
A: It has one volume setting and several other timer options. You can feel it “beat” even through the toy. It fits into a sturdy velcro closed pouch in the pup. We only used the heart for a week or two. He still sleeps with the snuggle puppy and drags it all over the house six months later. Seems pretty indestructible even through tug of wars with his pitbull brother.  It helped the pup settle in so well. I really recommend it.

I really believe this works! Puppy cried the first night he came home, maybe the second night, but I think by the 3rd night he was quiet and sleeping in his crate. Highly recommend!
