Review: Awesome! - You can’t beat it for the price! I bought the Apollo pit bike to practice wheelies instead of my 20k FTR. The Apollo is a great starter bike for young teens or adults. The throttle and clutch feel good. Out the box the carb needed a little bit of adjustment for idle but now starts up first kick every time. It sounds good with the stock muffler and assembly was very easy. There’s a lot of pit bikes on desertcart and this is by far the best value for the money.

**Q: does it have an extra frame or what do they mean by twin spare frame**
A: I believe the term is Twin Spar Frame.  It refers to the design of the frame. Here is the reason for the Twin Spar in motorcycle frames.

A twin-spar frame moves the upper portion of the duplex rails outward, to the perimeter of the bike. By widening the upper portion of the frame, the entire frame becomes less compliant. The headstock and swingarm pivot area become even more resistant to heavy loads that can occur during cornering and braking. These frames are typically made stiffer still by their material choice: Most modern perimeter frames are made of boxed aluminum, making them visually quite large, but structurally very light and strong. A pretty famous perimeter frame would be Yamaha’s Deltabox series.

You can’t beat it for the price! I bought the Apollo pit bike to practice wheelies instead of my 20k FTR. The Apollo is a great starter bike for young teens or adults. This thing is mean. I love it. Easy to assemble if you’re handy. Adjusted the idle and it runs fine. The only problem I’ve had so far is the stickers peeling off, but that’s only cosmetic anyway so I’m not too concerned about it.
