The capsules are not very big; however, the encapsulation does tend to dissolve fast and can be a bit sticky. These are easy to separate and add to a smoothie or other liquid. **Q: So description deliberately misleads? nowhere does itsimply say "100mg capsules" ....why would anyone trust thisproduct?** A: The back of the bottle says 200 mg. per serving and the instructions say take two capsules. Therefore, each capsule is 100 mg. **Q: Why does the ingredients say Magnesium Stearate??** A: I don't think it does. I have only used Mg Glycinate for a couple years wanting the supplement to be well absorbed and yet not cause GI issues like diarrhea. I have been very satisfied with this form of Mg which even helps to promote sleep. **Q: Page shows as 200mg capsules per bottle label there are two capsules in a serving - serving is 200mg so capsules are 100mg not 200mg, correct?** A: You are correct. I have no issues with it and am assuming it is working as my lab report was good with my last physical. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Important electrolyte *by S***J on December 22, 2021* My pain doctor recommended these after I hurt my back and was in severe pain ( I couldn't stand for more than a few minutes). I told him I didn't want to take any narcotic pain meds, nothing with acetaminophen, and no NSAIDs. (Addiction issues, as well as kidney and liver issues in the past as a result of diabetes.) One of the treatments He mentioned was possibly having a rhysotomy every few months to deaden the nerves. He also recommended yoga. He wanted me to avoid foods that cause inflammation and was pleased when I told him I was keto so already avoided foods like that.
