The issue I had with the original shipment was that the back was not properly attached as per picture. The seller informed me that this could have happened during shipping, which makes sense to me. Despite the fact that the seller has no control over shipping they still offered right away a replacement at no cost and followed up several times to make sure my experience with them and with the product was excellent.Well, it is.The seller is just phenomenal in following up and standing behind what they sell. But when I had to move into a very small living space, I was getting rid of stuff I didn’t think I would need – and my daughter begged for it! After a few months of adjusting to my cramped quarters, I realized that the knife block was not a space hogger but a space saver! Not wanting to be labeled an “take-backer” by my daughter, I began looking for a replacement and ordered this product. I have never been happier with an online order ever! It is everything as described, works exactly as expected, and I have enjoyed this for about six months or so. Easy to clean, heavy & stable, attractive, and very functional.
