**Q: What's the difference between the one "with shaking head" and the one without?**
A: The "shaking head" just means that you can set it to pivot from left to right & back again, like pretty much all fans will do other than box fans.

**Q: My fan used to oscillate but will not oscillate anymore... how do I fix this?**
A: Honestly, I don’t know. Mine quit charging, and I just threw the damn thing away.
