Review: Great quality, would recommend. - As an exercise physiologist, please note these balls are not truly meant for “slamming” typically shift shell balls unless heavy duty will not withstand slamming long term. With that said there balls are awesome! Gentle throws/tosses, on soft surface could be okay with the lighter weighted balls I’d say but time will tell. Nice large size increases exercise intensity depending on the exercise and can be a great weight option for someone who has osteoarthritis in the hands.
Review: Handle wear and tear fairly well - I bought 2x5 lbs and 2x10 lbs. They are a good quality for the price. The 10 lbs balls get a bit egg shaped when doing ball slams and bounce randomly. It bothers some of our personal training clients but I tell them it's good for reaction time! They have not burst and we've been using them about a year? (can't remember)

Got this 25lb ball as a progression to help me with training for HYROX. I’m only doing Open division with 14lb balls, but I’ve progressed past 20lb balls being easy for me now. 25lb is a great balance and the quality of this ball is great. There’s no lopsidedness and the grip is impeccable. Weight is accurate as well. Have no problem recommending this so someone looking for a wall ball to train with at home.
