Fits perfectly and accounts for their wide little feet. Good for daycare use as well. They are closed toed. Adorable little dinosaurs and have amazing grip for child safety. The shoes themselves are light weight and are made of mesh material. Do not expect it to protect their feet from scissors or heavy items. It is good for the beach, water pater, water park and for any water activities really. you can fasten it to fit them perfectly and they have yet to fall off while in the water. Good for the price and for the ergonomics of their little feet. Highly recommend to other mothers. Better than what some name brands have out there.
