I didn't bother to read the label ahead of time and I gave this to my youngest child. Thankfully she doesn't have bad reactions to wheat but we do have wheat allergies in our family so this is something to note ahead of time since most other pouches like this typically don't contain wheat. Just something for you to be aware of. That being said, she loves these. She says they taste delicious and she keeps asking me for them. I am a big fan of the organic natural ingredients this contains. There are no artificial sweeteners, food colorings or preservatives so it is a nice clean and healthy treat for you to give your child without having to worry about any potential health ramifications. I like the convenience of the pouch because it is way less messy than open containers. These are highly portable and you can even put them in your purse, diaper bag or what have you for transportation to give to your children when on the go. I like that the little tube that the food comes out of this food comes out of can be sucked on like a straw.
