UPDATE: So Shortly after i wrote my review, Wantek contacted me via email to ask for the model number of my phone and my shipping address. Intrigued I provided both, to which I received a response that they were sending me a brand new headset free of charge with no requirements to return my original headset. They were in no way required to even respond to my review, but they took the initiative to make sure I was satisfied. It is very hard to find a company that will do that nowadays.
