Review: Fun yet Professional level Drone! - Everything appears to be of high quality! My drone came with 2 batteries, 8 spare blades and screws (enough to replace all the blades on the drone), 2 USB cords, 2 replacement joysticks, a quick start guide and instruction manual that are very detailed and easy to understand, and of course the drone and controller. This pocket drone is very light and is easy to carry anywhere. Its great for quick flights. You don't need to connect your phone, just turn on the drone and controller and you're quickly up in the air. If your looking for a professional drone, it does that too. The images and videos are stunning! The drone has a beginner mode that limits how far/how high you can fly which makes it great for someone learning to fly a drone. You can go into the settings and turn off beginner mode and set your own distance/height limits as well as the "return to home" height. The GPS only takes a few seconds to acquire the signal. When the drone is in the air, it appears to hover very smoothly. I observed the hover once I returned close to the ground and it did move around a foot or so before it stabilized itself. Another thing I really like about these batteries is that they no longer have to be slow charged at 1amp. They can be connected to a fast charger which allows for faster charges putting you back in the air quicker! The photos and videos can be quickly transferred from the controller to your phone via a simple wifi connection with the controller. Overall, this drone is easy and fun to fly! I am also very impressed on the still image and video quality! It has so many other functions such as special sensors for indoor flight, follow me mode, way point mode, and more!
Review: Best Beginner Drone on the market. - I have been a long fan of Ruko products. They are very simple to use with little setup out of the box. This one is no exception. I love the small size. It's small enough to use without being bogged down with too many FAA regulations. As long as you are using for recreation, no registration is required. What sold me on this wasn't just the price, it was the value that I'm getting. Not too many drones on the market come with a touchscreen controller. I love it! Now I don't have to worry about getting calls while I'm flying. The carrying case for it is super convenient. Everything fits perfectly and it's easy to travel with. Also, it's another saving since I don't have to buy a case for it. Not many offer that deal. The battery last a long time. Mine came with two batteries. This gives me plenty of time to shoot some high quality footage without being rushed. Speaking of quality, you can see in my images and video the cinematic quality of my shots. The follow me feature works great if you want to have some action shots. I really like that you can set a route so that it moves automatically for a smooth, error free shot. Also, this thing is pretty fast. I like that I can hurry to where I want to take a picture without having to worry if I will have enough battery to get the shot and make it back. Also, it's plain fun to be able to zip from place to place. Overall, this is another homerun by Ruko. This is a great drone for a beginner/intermediate level flyer. I will buy another one to give as a gift for my nephew for his birthday. He's always wanted one and I think this would be perfect for ease and longevity.

**Q: Already had the F11gim, what's new on this one?**
A: F11gim2 is an upgraded version of F11gim, it has an extended video transmission range to around 9800ft, as it carries an enchanced signal transmitter, so it can fly further, and the video feed will be more stable.

**Q: If it goes out of range it will return to home? I want to test how far the video function will work and am scared of losing it..**
A: Under GPS mode, you can't get the drone fly out of range, when lost remote connection will automatically trigger the Return To Home feature. When lost video feed, you can use the one-key Return To Home feature on the app or remote, but need to pay attention to the battery level. Fly in a high altitude will help reduce the risk of crash into any obstacles.

**Q: how is it possible to get wi-fi reception at 9,000 feet distance?**
A: On the Gim 2.. the controller has a bridge repeater built in. Your phone actually connects to this, and the controller broadcasts a much stronger signal to drone. It will achieve over 9000' easily, with no loss of video feed.

**Q: When you connect to the app does it automatically put you on the dones wifi or do you need to conncet to the drones wifi first before the app?**
A: On a i phone you must fist go into your settings and go to Wi-Fi and connect the drone with your device i believe it will say Roku … click on that then open the app that you use to actually control and celebrate the drone with make sure your blue tooth is on as well

First, thanks goes to Amazon with it's fast next day delivery, Keep up the good work. Now this drone kicks butt. Great for both beginner and professional. Fantastic photos and video, Zooming on the fly is amazing. The range is incredible I was flying over 3 miles with no problems with transmission. The built in monitor is sharp and a great improvement. I couldn't ask for a better drone. Flies steady and responds well, The new cruise feature is especially nice. I recommend this product to anyone who is looking for a fun flying experience.
