À mon avis honnête, plusieurs principes de ce livre sont répétés autour du livre. Je ne vois pas cela comme un inconvénient, car la répétition est la clé de l'apprentissage. Je pensais que plusieurs des principes expliqués dans le livre sont du bon sens, mais j'ai trouvé qu'il pouvait être facile pour une personne de réagir rapidement aux conflits. Ce livre m'a appris l'importance de garder le contrôle et combien il est bénéfique de contrôler nos comportements et d'agir au service des autres. Les exemples décrits dans le livre ont facilité la compréhension des concepts enseignés par Dale. Je vous recommande ce livre si vous souhaitez améliorer vos compétences avec les gens.
