My son in law is a Chiropractor and a health nut, He studies everything before choosing any type of vitamins. I wanted a good quality vitamin and mineral supplement without having to deal with upset stomach or nausea after taking them. I know you're always supposed to take them with food but sometimes I wait too long and they never make me feel nauseated, they give me much energy that last throughout the day
