I like that these are easy to take, and NOW is a brand I feel comfortable buying. Just make sure you follow your doctor’s recommendation for the right dosage, especially since some NOW D3 products are high potency. The 10,000 IU version, for example, is specifically labeled as a high-potency supplement. So far, we’re very pleased with them and will definitely keep them on hand!
