Unlike many other brands that taste like little more than salt and artificial color, this one has real depth, balance, and a naturally brewed flavor. You can actually taste the richness and umami instead of just sharp saltiness. Once you try this, it’s hard to go back to regular supermarket soy sauces.

If you want authentic soy sauce, go for this it has the closest flavor to proper soy sauce to what I had in the US etc. It has some amount of salt in it so be wary while cooking. Not as much as chengs soy sauce etc. but it's still there
