We recommend adding a dash to libations served in shrunken heads, volcanoes and miniature ceramic Moai.These bitters were inspired by one of the new garde of Tiki legends: Brian Miller. He asked if we ever considered making Falernum, a cordial filled with the spices of the West Indies. Since we weren’t cordial makers at the time, we decided to see if it was possible to create a bitter designed with tiki cocktails in mind. Our formulation takes into account the contributions from both the Eastern (Polynesia) and Western (Caribbean) schools of tropical cocktails. I am already imagining all the ways I could incorporate the bold flavors, rum old fashioneds, simplified zombies, maybe even a custom daiquiri or two! Any cocktail fan would be happy to have these in his bar, can't wait to order some more in the new year!

These bitters wowed me, an avid tiki and Caribbean cocktail nut! I am already imagining all the ways I could incorporate the bold flavors, rum old fashioneds, simplified zombies, maybe even a custom daiquiri or two! Any cocktail fan would be happy to have these in his bar, can't wait to order some more in the new year!

A wonderful flavor-filled bitters. It appears to be made for beach drinks with rum, but I love using it in my Manhattans. I've also added it to apples sauteed in butter and brown sugar. Yum.
