Batteries charge fast, so you can continue working without too much interruption. Ordered this set for him as a thank you for his help. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ MUCH better than another brand purchased awhile ago *by R***N on April 19, 2019* Not too big, good battery life even in cold temperatures, LOTS of torque. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good, reliable drill and driver *by P***5 on November 6, 2020* This set was a replacement for my previous Makita drill/driver set from 2007. The pinion gear on the drill finally lost a tooth.This new drill and driver perform well and are a bit more ergonomic in my hands. I’d say battery life is comparable to my old 18v set. The one issue I have is the flashlight. It’s a joke. It’s lighter and dimmer than a $3.00 surplus store flashlight. It comes with two worthless incandescent bulbs. I replaced them with LED bulbs but the lens/reflector design is so poor, it didn’t make a decent difference. The kit is a solid set of tools.
