They said that I might have gotten a bad one. I have used the newer one they sent and that’s is lasting me over 20-25 hours of run time. So in a nutshell I am pleased with the item and the shipper for standing behind their product. Now the reason why I’m not getting the 30 hours is because I leave it in the vehicle and the temperature always changes from hot to cold and vice versa.
