**Q: Is this big enough to carry a concealed compact pistol?**
A: I don't think so.  I don't have a gun to test that but I imagine if you put a gun in there you would not have room for anything else.  I have no idea what the dimensions of a compact pistol.  Anyway, it would be awkward I think to get the gun out quickly in case of need.  So why consider carrying it there?

A: I believe it is, but I'm not positive.  It is a great bag and if you could put a wallet that is RFID safe in it  just to be sure.
