## Questions & Answers

**Q: What pole do I use with this brush? I tried poles that I have and none fit.**
A: I bought an aqua select telescoping 6-12ft pool that works well.

**Q: Is it safe for Pebble Tec pools?**
A: so far it has been good for my pool which has pebble tec too.

**Q: Item is falling apart, and the item description says lifetime warranty, how do I get a refund for this item?**
A: I have the same problem. I used it 2-3 times and is falling apart. I did read the reviews before I bought it but I still wanted to give it a try! Big mistake! Now I am again shopping for a pool brush! So disappointing!

**Q: Is there a way to purchase another plastic white piece to keep the brush on the pole?**
A: Typically all pool poles have a spring loaded piece that goes into the hole to hold the pole on. If you're using something different maybe use a screw(s) to hold it on?
