Definitely looked like a high end pan and I was very excited. I brought the pan because of its low price, at the time I did not have the money to buy a high end pan, so I was surprised at the quality. That did not last too long, when the non stick coating started to come off. I contacted the company and let them know what happened. The company responded immediately and apologized. Within 3 days, I received a new pan. They explained that they don’t know how that pan made it past their quality inspection team, but non the less, that was not my fault and they wanted me to be happy and satisfied with my purchase. The company has since followed up with me to make sure I received the pan and that I am satisfied with it and if not, to please let them know and they will make sure that I am a satisfied customer. Even though I brought these pans because they were low priced, I will buy these pans again and recommend them to anyone needing a pan , because of the exceptional customer service. No matter how great a product is, there is always the possibility that one passes the quality inspection, when it should not have, but when you have customer service that is as wonderful as this company has been, that to me is the sign of a great company.
