You can add mayo and ranch dressing as well as squeezing a lemon with some salt. Sooo yummy. I do boil the noodles for about 8 minutes and drain.

**Q: How much sodium is in this product?**
A: 60 mg. per 12 oz. (3 servings) package.

**Q: how are they prepared?**
A: Just like pasta. But to get it closer to pasta consistency boil it A LOT longer than it says. I even put the cover partly on to really soften it. And honestly, I keep it boiling until it absorbs all the water. Trust me. If you want it as close to pasta consistency that is.

**Q: Conflicting information.  Is this a package of 12 or package of 6?**
A: Package of 6.

**Q: Can you refrigerate after opening if you don’t need to use them all?**
A: You can refrigerate what you don’t use for 3-5 days and be totally fine. You can also freeze it no problem.

J'adores car je suis Ketovore et quand les pâtes me manques, j'utilise ces fausses pâtes qui sont parfaites en textures et prennent le goût de ce qu'on cuisine. Bien rincer comme ils disent dans une passoire à grand eau et bingo, sacré cela dans votre casserole! Mium!
