I color my hair and use it, but I use permanent color. **Q: My box came with no instructions- was it suppose to? It is easy .. roll perm they apply wait about 25 minutes .. u can test to see if u want to leave on a little longer but i would not exceed more than 45 u dontt want to burn yoyr hair...rinse off pat dry .. then apply neutralizer leave on for 5 minutes.. take rods out ..rinse then condition style as usual **Q: Does this have hydrogen peroxide in any of the lotions?** A: No as it didn't lighten my hair but it was rather harsh on it **Q: Is this an acid perm? Can I use it on bleached (highlighted hair)?** A: This is not an acid perm, and is made for highlighted hair. If your hair has a lot of bleach and highlights, Zotos Platinum is also good.
