Mine doesn’t seem to screw in securely** A: They don't really screw in. I had to firmly push them in. **Q: There is a small plastic cap on the shaft with a sticker that says "Please pull out the sheath before using." Am I supposed to remove this cap?** A: it has been a whole since I assembled the chair but I do believe you need to pull off the cap on the top in order to then put the seat part on to the wheel assebly. **Q: What is the height from the floor to the top of the arm rest portion?** A: About 2 feet **Q: Is it possible to purchase the chair with a black base instead of the golden one?** A: We do have black base (different style) and silver base (same style) for instead of the golden one if you like (please click the link as below for more information). My hips barely fit it in it and I’m a size 12 in women. Very nice quality though ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Cute & sturdy! *by S***R on Reviewed in the United States on September 15, 2022* The media could not be loaded. Nice material & quality. I like how you can take the chair cover off to wash it. The assembly was SO EASY I was surprised. It matches perfectly with a slim tv stand I got off of Amazon too. I wouldn’t recommend this to someone with a huge butt though. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Beautiful and Elegant *by T***N on Reviewed in the United States on January 28, 2023* I am absolutely loving this chair. The comfort is amazing. It feels like it wraps around you when sitting in it.The color of the chair is perfect. I really did not think I would be this impressed, but just the opposite, love it.
